IB World School

IB PYP AUTHORIZATION STATEMENT

Concordia International School Ningbo is an IB World School authorized to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP). IB World Schools share a common philosophy: a commitment to high-quality, challenging and international education that we believe is important for our students.

We are proud to be recognized by the International Baccalaureate (IB) and to deliver an inquiry-based programme that develops internationally minded learners—curious, capable, and principled young people who can thrive in a complex, rapidly changing world. Through concept-driven learning, student agency, and meaningful action, the PYP supports our students to build strong foundations in knowledge, skills, and character, while engaging thoughtfully with local and global contexts.

Only schools authorized by the IB Organization can offer any of its four academic programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP), or the Career-related Programme (CP). For further information about the IB and its programmes, visit ibo.org.
